Home Sales Down in Feb 2021

Sales fell 1.2% from the month before, and were up 23.0% year-over-year.

Prices improved in Feb 2021 with the median price climbing 9.2% from the previous month, up 11.7% compared to last year. The average price rose 11.8%, a yearly gain of 14.9%.

Inventory rose 27.3% from last month, and was up 10.1% year-over-year.
